Is this novel finished?
The webcomic is original. I remember a chapter where the author mentioned that she did not base this off a novel, or write a novel first. She's letting the comic write itself so apologised for update delays and the like. There is a novel based on this comic, but it's not very long.

There are 3 seasons, season 1 are them being kids, season 2 is young adults/late teens, season 3 is them in their twenties.
The art style changes to be more mature in season 2, like anime style instead of chibi style

I've read the raws and it all goes well, he does kinda improve in a way, not what I expected but it was okay-ish
Emperor's character development is good which is a lot compared to how he would kill 100s if its in the name of the other guy whose name i forgot... and the violence towards his son is also close to 0 as he considers the other guy's words.
In season 5 I wanna see baker Taesung.
