I feel like a lot of these issues are just going back and forth. Like her infertily issue she kept circling around (and declaring to others her intention to) telling him but always ended up not doing it. There are some logical inconsistencies too to some of the villain’s reasonings and excuses but I stick around solely to see the baby’s face.
And she wasn't even told she was infertile, just that it would be harder to get pregnant.
