What upsets me is that how stories like this use tragic sad back strory to justify all the abuse and shity things the preferred main lead did. Like why people with tragic back stories are assholes by default? And since u have a sad background u're excused to treat people badly? Like i want to drop this so bad but I'm too deep in that my curious ass still want to see the end. And so far I don't hv a good feeling. Big chance Cain is not the end game. SIGH
