Haven't read/watch Hybrid Child yet. For me Given & Lover Boy are such beautiful masterpieces, they be like god of the gods tier. Contains heart-breaking scenes but also gives you romance & lessons about relationships & life itself
Oh then, I highly recommend Hybrid Child, it's just heartbreaking. First BL to make me weep until my head aches. And Given, it's just marvelous, I think OST is a huge part of it, the lyrics slapped my heart down to the darkest abyss knowing I can't do anything to help Mafuyu and Uenoyama feel better. Lover Boy, dang it, after almost every single chapter, I say to myself, "Why are you doing this to him? Why are you doing this to me, author-nim? And why am I doing this to myself?"
