Why is the rating low???!!!! This reminds me of those villainess webtoons, but with a regressed villain instead. Gosh give this A chance if you love those regression /second chances type of stories. Chapter 2 and I find it decent, good thing the art captured my attention and ignored the low rating.

Can't remember what the exact villainess story is, but I swear there's a similar plot like this with a female lead that at least had a 9.0 rating. Hope you read more!

So in the first life MC died to the massacre and to protect the ML. Then he reincarnates into a different world as an esper for 20 years and gets attacked. He then gets transported to his first world. So basically first life: MC dies goes to second world, 20 years past in both worlds and Max gets attacked, transported to second world
