Well if you only care about FLs being badassess, regardless of the genres, and can either fight or strategize well, or both:

-Crimson Karma
-Bring The Love
-Death Is The Only Ending For The Villainess
-The Lady And The Beast
-The Villainess Reverses The Hourglass
-Lady To Queen
-The Villainess Lives Twice

There's quite a few more but I'm not sure if the other FLs I didn't mentioned are on the same level as Medea lol. Medea pretty much increased the standard of a badass FLs, but then again she had the role of a villainess, so the FMC from the 3rd, 5th and 7th I mentioned in the list might be close to what you're seeking.
