The main lead’s character development is CRAZY! took us almost a hundred chapters, a YEAR in their timeline for them to start dating—thats so rare in bl’s these days yall. Nakwon really changed a lot, from an abusive cop to a down bad loser is just so satisfying to see. I love how the story was played out, all the characters were patient and never rushed things. Mokhwa is so precious, i feel like loser everytime my precious Mokhwa smile, so rare yet so charming!
I despised Nakwon on the early chapters, so glad that he regretted things and still torment himself for what he did.
So please new readers, be a little more patient, don’t drop this masterpiece, it really was worth my timeლ(´ڡ`ლ) would do anything—bash my head to a wall just to read it for the first time again.

the art style changed so suddenly, im not complaining or what, it still looks great but the color scheme or whatever looks so glum and depressing, i love the artstyle but pls bring back the old color palette.

im a little conflicted abt the characters, jihan was a pure asshole from the start but finally knowing his past, his actions were pretty valid, he has his guard up to protect HIMSELF and im pretty sure heeseop and jiyoung respect that and is willing to wait for him to open up, yk? i do want him to end up with heeseop since they seem so happy but if they do have a poly relationship it just might be better lol

I really think ppl need to go back and reread through s1 again because there’s so many goofy ass assumptions about jihan and how he’s bad and terrible for “leading them on” when in SEASON ONE, he stated that he’ll only ever have sex w them and never date and atp it’s up to heeseop and jiyoung if they want to stay in that relationship since he already lay it out as clear as day. But thank you for actually understanding where his character is coming from— I will continue to defend jihan ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
He is leading them on though. Yes he’s stated that he isn’t going to date anyone but he continues to blur the lines and has made the relationships more complex than just simply fuck buddies. And sure we can say that is because he’s a nice person and deep down no matter how close off he tries to act he still cares, but regardless that doesn’t justify his behavior. His relationships with them aren’t just black and white he cares a lot and unfortunately that’s his downfall. No matter how you spin it he’s going to hurt one of them just like how he was hurt in the pass in the end. He is a jerk but he’s also caring.. two things can be true at once.
Yes i understand that but that blame can’t just fall only on jihan when you have to consider the others who fell in love with him— for example, jiyoung who was a sex partner that got greedy and continue to prolong sleeping with jihan and prevent other partners from getting close to jihan to even get a chance with him. The only one who slipped through was heeseop because he wasnt around when he met him. Jiyoung already caught feels from that point forward even though he knew he was just a sex partner

I don’t know what the author wants us to feel at the end because the “good guy” is also partially to blame - and who is say if the other brother didn’t get involved if things would have gone better. The good communication, the plot, the whole story in general is so DAMN GOOD and Im HERE FOR ITTTT!! The way they handle the conflicts, work life, and their relationship is somehow so realistic and like very matured(?) iykwim. This is like a palette cleanser after reading manhwa that mostly CANT communicate shit and just rushes to sex without making things official.
