Well, people that say Siwon is over dramatic and being annoying at outed like that probably people that live in a very peaceful place that have LGBT parade every year. But was the dad about close the door or open it? He was reaching for the handle for some reason. It seems one element to the story is how far the dad can go with having raised Minjae since he was a kid. Will any of that get in the way or will he be able to engage in whatever it takes to get his revenge. At what lengths will he actually go.
I thought the fact that Minjae wished he could love Taehyun back basically, and how it would have been better if they hadn't met so they wouldn't have to be in the unrequited love, showed some empathy on Minjae's part as a character. He's been lacking it with regard to bullying, but he's not completely hopeless.
