Idk if I want this to be a cute fluffy realtionship or if I want Guwon to be a cult leader or some mastermind aizen type shit lmao
His name's literally Guwon/salvation, if that's not a cult leader's name idk what it is.
Big possibility on Guwon not being human too, but that wouldn't be very interesting tbh, yet so far it's giving frankenstein. Big strong cold body, stitches, full sleeve tatoos in a post apocalyptic world etc.

If he pulls aizen I am gonna flip but also laugh like a maniac because that's not a character route I expected being mentioned here.
I personally vote for fluffy though. I'd love for this work to show us that our distrust towards guwon based on his visuals was wrong impression. And that he really is the sweet guy he shows to be so far.

Even if the crying was manipulation there's still hope he's a big stupid puppy.
Children manipulate all the time, they cry, scream, ask forgiveness, all to get what they want, doesn't make them bloodthitsty monsters.
It would be fun if Guwon's character was like that too, scary on the outside but ultimately a big kid on the inside.
But something REALLY feels off about this story, so I'm gonna go with cult leader on this one lmao the village screams resident evil

Can't believe I'm saying this but the author surprised me.
One would believe that Dan would either:
-Be stupid and go back to him, then in a completely irrealistic way JJK becomes an Angel
-Completely refuse to even get close to him
Because he chose to comply, he's basically doing a work to rule, and it works because if the author does this smartly enough JJK won't even want to sleep xith him anymore and will try to actually win him over with his actions.
Don't get me wrong the story is still stupid tho

Heyy brief me on this idc about the spoliers.
When I stopped reading this I made a review. The review says that when I stopped, there was "one oracion seis galactica left to defeat" to give you an idea.
I got spoiled from time to time about the dead returning, mainly the green hot Android who sacrificed herself to save the guys, and Homira' Master. This was my main problem with Mashima's stories, is it still not resolved? Does he still do it in a completely b*llshit way like in his previous works, where he's like "See, this character makes a big sacrifice to save others", then POOF, he revives them/makes things go back JUST as they were before?
If it's gonna be so then I probably won't pick this up, despite how much I LOVED this story.
Read the final chap, moved me to tears, very good ending for Pino's character. But WTF WAS HOMURA'S MOTHER DOING OVER THERE BRUUUUUUH. Hope there is a valid reason.
Again, spoil me, idc, I will end up forgetting the spoils either way since I can't read this for the next months.

yeah you pretty much summed it up perfectly. mashima is a terrible writer who can't seem to let go of any characters which both ends up in nothing having any real impact (there's never any true risk when you know they're going to be revived later) and also makes the cast extremely bloated with unnecessary characters that should've been left as temporary side characters
I wonder if this could ever get a drama adaptation, idk how popular it is in korea though...
I want Seo Yeji as this DIVA though, that's for sure. She'd nail the role.
Girl same thoughts. She would rock this! Kim woo bin kinda looks cool as Callisto though. Not sure, haven’t watched a ton of kdramas but def Seo Yeji for FL
I'd be excited if this were a modern drama, but alas its not. With this being a historical fantasy drama, its either they will make it modern but have some elements of the novel or an entirely new plot with a borrowed name.
