hello, idk if you've read this manga but the chouno's tattoo represents him being bound to his caretaker. he explains it's a womb tattoo which marks him as that man's property unfortunately. as you can see he constantly talks about chouno staying at home like a "female cat". he was groomed in short. so even after he gets his freedom, he can't get rid of the tattoo as everything has already been done.
