But they bring those things, I know he's mentally 21 years old, but make he think about a time when they were having sex (which was a very vulnerable moment and I liked how they talked about the older guy past experiences) and he thinks the older guy is sexy a few times already, you see, it's those little details that makes me a little icky, I'm glad it's all from the MC perspective (even if it had that "dream" when the older guy thinks about kissing the MC when he's 21 years)
Like I said, I'm liking this story and if their relationship continues like this, I'll still read it but it makes me think about how it'll play for them to be together at the end

I just read the first chapter again, I didn't remember they talking about her being dethroned, I thought she was the one who didn't wanna be the empress anymore and give up the throne that's why I was confused

They got along for some time in their past life right before the doctor came into the picture and ruined everything. So, I think she still holds onto those feelings of affection and love for him. I just think she was in denial about her feelings and wanting to live a different life so badly. Now that she realizes what will happen to him she wants to avoid it or at least help him with the letters.
