I wanna slap myself so bad because I overlooked this one when it first released I initially thought it would be a heavy drama with a basic nonchalant ml. But I’m glad I marinated this one and picked it up again I’ve been seeing others’ review that its boring too bad for them ig BUT GOD I ENJOYED IT SO MUCH as someone who enjoys and grew up reading jane austen, bronte, and other historical fictions its been a while since I giggled so much reading a romance series like literally butterflies on my stomach THE HAND SCENE HELLO??? and I super love the fact that mr. Dalton fell first AND HARDER its so refreshing to read their dialogues it feels like I’m back to reading classic literature I loved it as much as i love modern romance manhwas there’s particular tones in the dialogues of historical fictions that just hits my heart by how well its worded that’s all, I really enjoyed this one

Fuck it I’m so down bad for edele. Literally how is laslo keeping it together. I’m just quite annoyed how she’s in this kind of situation and traumas, yet she’s incredibly kind she really doesn’t deserve it. She’s too precious she kinda reminds me of a more mature tohru. Anyways i like it so far I wish I let it marinate for a while since its so good and its refreshing to see a really respectable ml (he’s green flag for me)
