In the falling merman, it's more about their son lu yan ( even he is a side character )
I know it was hinted but I absolutely hate the whole harem direction this is taking for once I would love to read these type of shounens with no unnecessary harem
For anyone that's curious, NO it's not a BL. It's straight romance. It just happens to have a gay character. And a few gay scenes but overall, it's straight.
I mean, not only are there no gay characters really, but if you tally all the sex scenes in order

Great! Another bl anime that's gonna ruin bl for everybody else. Why the hell is the mc not getting the boy? and why on earth are they trying to make the teacher and student a thing???
i don't think they're trying to make it a "thing", it just that we see the story in nakamura's eyes, and hirose seems to admire their teacher a lot after being saved by him, nakamura sees him as a threat but eventually sees him as cool too, it's just admiration and probably a small one-sided crush
This was so enjoyable, the main couple are so cute I'm in love with them I really liked this manhwa despite it's few flaws, it was fun to read. I'm actually gonna miss it.
