If you re-read the whole thing after finishing, you can see how Namsoo really did know Heongho was his twin and how he wanted to get close to him. For example when I first read this I was confused as to why Namsoo smiled to big when he first saw Heongho on the ground but now I know why lol, he was happy that he found his long lost twin. I am really a sucker for brotherly love and sociopaths(not irl tho haha) and this manhwa hit the spot!
