Keep in mind that SY is recovering from his serious injury and that's why he's a bit more passive than usual. He stopped working and is now living with TS and kinda likes it but his pride will most likely push him to move away once he's fully recovered. That being said, SY is not stupid and will very soon start to question TS honestly and his involvement with his family and uncle in particular (coming chapters).
As for all the family mysteries, I am lost too and it's still not clear who died and who killed who! SY is now investigating and I guess we'll know the truth with him along the way. TS is crazy and obsessed by SY and his way to keep him by his side is to use sex and kink because he noticed he likes it. He also gives him tons of affection and cares deeply by asking after him and pampering him.
