I always knew hwan was an asswipe. The thing about purples dude is, in the beginning they showed purple haired dude liking chiwoo. They wouldn’t do that without reason. So I speculated that he was the one true and hwan was a decoy. I never let go of this possibly cuz hwan was always suspicious af. Which should be obvious compared to how differently his expressions were portrayed at the beginning of his and chiwoos relationship he was about to be dum crazy ass bitch. But then when he began to feel loved some people were tricked. the author really played the game.
