I knew from the beginning the past set around 1980ish. The manga "Yondaime Ooyamato Tatsuyuki" set in future or you could say present time. And that manga actually the prequel from this, and happened before Rogi met the blonde kid, am I right? Does anyone knew the gap timeline between these two? How many years, months or maybe only weeks?
Because I remembered clearly Rogi fcuked the mc from the other manga because he wanted to make Akitora jealous (?) also because the mc did some mistakes about Yakuza business. Rogi's plan failed because Akitora didn't pay him any attention at all. And in this manga both Rogi and Tatsuyuki (I forgot the mc's name tbh) seems cool with what happened before? Like I get this is Yakuza story, but come on your son got fucked by your ex whatever and it seems okay to you? And Akitora coming back again to the story and they met again after so long and seems pretty cool with everything?
Yeah. This is really suck right? It make really want to stop reading, buat at the time want to know what happened to Asami (akitora) wife in the future.

If I understand it correctly, Rogi said (in the other manga) that he was 24 when he met Akitora.
And the kid he raped is Akitora's son, Tatsuyuki who has grown up and is also 24 when Rogi confined and raped him repeatedly for a week. Just to get Akitora's attention.
This makes that bastard in his late 40s in the prequel or in the "present" time.
They didn't cut their ties (Akitora and Rogi) for the sake of yakuza business.

Ah so that's why. But is there any sane reason on why akitora didn't budge when Rogi raped his son?? That's really fucked up. Tbh I really like his character. I read Jealousy before that manga and before vol 3 came out. I def forgot the rest of the plot after Rogi raped his son just because he wanted Akitora' attention and didn't get any in the end. My reaction to that series now still, w tf?
Then vol 3 came out and yeah, Akitora is selfish prick. No one perfect.
I guess he thinks a yakuza leader should be tough. That's why he thinks his son should manage being raped. When Tatsuyuki was young, a man was killed in front of him and his father ordered him not to look away, look directly at the scene, and not to be scared. Kinda harsh since then.
I like Akitora except his relationship with Rogi. I prefer Akitora x Asada lol
