so basically the MC character in the original time acted to protect herself and her husbands children in the only way she could because she was young and inexperienced so she latched onto other men for protection which the children saw as betrayal towards their dead father and so the relationship between her and the kids was very strained
now she has gone back to the past with all her knowledge and experience
it sometimes shows the original timeline and you can tell because the surrounding area is black
