est thing to keep in mind is that these kinda works are usually slow burn, meaning its gonna take a while (besides prince jumps the gun) for any feelings to build up and for Nora to mature. We just have some plot points setup, Nora has a bad relationshp with his parents due to the prince, he's not as quick tempered as you'd think but he doesn't have any proper support in his corner.
Shuli currently is dealing poliltics. Plus raising a family which I want to keep in mind that she never got a chance to do that in first life too. Romance is she also diddn't get any proper experiance in cause of her shitty mom suggesetions.
We are no where near a point to call anything for these characters except that the prince who is a nut. Our mains just have mild atraction to each other right now and that's it.

This is a 2nd chance novel so everyone gets a fair shake at a second chance BECAUSE THEY AREN"T THE SAME PEOPLE FROM THE FIRST TIME LINE. If they are an ass in the current one that is a different story and as much as ya'll want to rag on prince 2.0 he legit hasn't done anything for the most part. Except triggering Tia but that due to Douchebag prince 1.0 actions which can't be helped
Now if the 2.0 was the same as 1.0 and was super shitty to her then yeah I agree with some of yall but nah that aint the case. If you guys want to drop thats your bussiness and I'm not gonna stop you but at this point in the story using 1.0 as an excuse for why is a bit silly, just say you hate the ship pure and simple.

OKAY I'm gonna talk about this from someone more in the know. There will be a point where her skin color will be a minor plot point and it will piss people off.
First I will say it's less rasict on the part of the author and more Classist. Long story short whiter skin was a sign of nobility since they spent their time inside and while workers got dark from working in the fields and what not. And you can guess what they translated too over time, hell people with arker skin tend to be protrayed as country bumpkins or rebels sometimes depending on the work. It's still bad but not in the same way that rasicism is bad, just a different kind of awful.

First up there is case of sexual assault and a character having mental breakdown due to it. This happens in a single chapter of the story and was in no way shape or form was romanticized.
Second what Mizuki feels for Seima is purely idolization and admiration, that's more clear when we get to the finally part of the story. A big part of the story is Mizuki figuring that out and truly falling in love with the person thats been by his side. Yes the story could do more with it but it isn't bad by any means.
Oh yeah end note you can idolize someone but not be in love with them. that's fine.
Okay for anyone that wants spoilers into why the cardinal is such a dick.
