That doesn't come even close to justify his behavior. As @Cid said did he learn nothing from his friends? Or you think he ignored his crush when she was pregs like he did with his wife? He had EQ enough to not eff up their lifes but not enough to know that everything ge did to her was effd up? I don't buy it. I get what you said about ignoring. But in no moment he ignored the friends because of his feelings.

If he have trauma and problems he needs treatment, not a woman to bear his "unintentional" abuse and be his emotional clutch.
Current fl also have problems and it's not to my liking at all. If she really have OG memories and feelings... there's no way she'd me able to accept the twins that easily even knowing it's reincarnation of her siblings. Her constantly projecting them on the reincarnations is also pretty unhealthy.
