The blonde is a little annoying but i am sure they're going to have some traumatic backstory to explain it. I might be Haikyuu trash but they resemble my salty Tsukki and playboy Kuroo and i love it already.

So many people have traumatic histories without becoming this hateful. In fact most don't. This guy just generally resents the people around him, their happiness, success, and is suspicious of others for no reason. He takes everything far more personally than he should. In the end a traumatic history can explain how someone might end up that way, but it doesn't excuse it all the same.
