The author doesn’t make you pay to read her story, and its really just her doing the writing, storyboards, drawings, and editing. I understand why it takes a month to put out one chapter being an artist myself. As much as I want more, we gotta respect the fact that we’re getting good art and story all from one person.
The amount of time it's been with this comic unfortunately isn't really justified by that, when so many other people do it just the same and better. Also if it was a whole chapter that would be one thing, but it's page by page and still taking that long. Artists can ask for slack but when you drag something out for literally over a decade just by posting as little as you can as far apart as you can it's fair that you would have frustrated readers and people who drop your comic. As unfair as it may sound; you can't have such a massive ego to expect people to stick around for little scraps here and there just because "it takes time" everything takes time.
I'm not kidding when I say it feels like I've been reading the first chapter this entire time. It's so slow that I forget what happens in between, and what we do get is almost nothing plot-wise. Waiting a month or sometimes for like two dialog sentences that aren't even worth paying attention to feels like an insult to a cult fan base.

For the record, Pico is a one man author. They are the one who made the storyline, drew, and everything. Try doing what they do and see if you can finish it within the week. Pico is not entitled to upload chapters for you, not when their story is free.
Like I already said; plenty of comics on here are done by solo artists who can still manage to put out a full chapter for an upload.
