I don't think mc was unreasonable here. He's not demanding anything, he's just telling ml that he's struggling and wants to discuss his sex work.
Ml is the one getting all angry and defensive, which is his prerogative ofc, but it does not help the situation at all. One of them has to give in or they should call off the relationship. It's not healthy as it is
