1) why did the brother take Seth's sperm?
2)why when isis was putting the curse on Seth and herself she said something about the brother wanting/yearning(yall I can't spell) for Seth like what does that mean?(I read that the brother does NOT like Seth in a romantic way but to mean it does)
3)why did Seth sleep with his brother when it (at least to me) looked like he hated him?
4) what did the brother mean when he said that he allowed Seth to marry but he couldn't stand it if they had a child together(or something like that)?
1). Osiris took Seth’s sperm because he wanted to create a child between them (I think)
2). She cursed herself because she couldn’t forgive herself for loving Osiris. And I don’t think she planted a curse on Seth, I think she planted one on Osiris. For this one, let’s take a look at what Isis said when she planted the curse. “You shall not have your way. All that you wish for shall not be granted. Unless my heart stops beating, it shall be so for the rest of eternity.” Here it seems it’s directed towards Osiris because she’s saying he shall not have Seth. And then she says “You too shall not have Osiris.” She says this as she looks at her reflection in the mirror which indicates that she is cursing herself to never have Osiris. And then she finalized the curse(s) by stabbing herself.
3). Seth slept with Osiris because Osiris had gathered Anubis’ identity, heart, shadow, and character (the components of the soul) to put in their child. So Anubis is basically dead since he had his soul taken away and to bring him back, Seth said he would do anything and offered to sleep with Osiris event though he hates his guts.
4) So Osiris meant that he was able to tolerate it if Seth marries, but he won’t be able to tolerate it if they had a child together. As you know, to have a child, you have to do the deed, so maybe he doesn’t want them to have sex. Or maybe he doesn’t want there to be proof of Seth loving someone other than him (the proof here is the child cuz a child is proof of 2 people’s love).
It’s pretty long, and maybe some things I said aren’t the exact truth, but I hope it helps.

1 and 4 is kinda the same, Like yeh Seth did have sex with his wife but orsiris can't tolerate it if Seth has a child with someone else because as orsiris mentioned before. To seth, having a child with someone is like the ultimate form of love and bond between two people. And so to prevent Seth from having children, Orsiris took his sperm. So orsiris can only tolerate the marriage but not them building a deeper connection. In that scene where seth was talking to orsiris about him and orsiris tells him that his wife came to ask orsiris for help since nothing was working/her not being able to get pregnant implied that yes they did have sex- seth and his wife.

Ok, 1) Osiris basically artificially inseminated Seths wife, they didn't asctually have physical sex. She was in distress because she considered that cheating because neither Isis or Seth knew.
3) Anubis is biologically Osiris's son, but Seth fathered him.
As for the others, I'm confused as well
1. she was in love with osiris and so she felt guilty to seth cause she cheated on him. this caused seth to be the person he is now and so nephthys feels it is partly her fault that egypt and its inhabitants suffered
2. love takes on different forms. personally i believe osiris did love seth. i mean I'm pretty sure seth was one hell of a god before he found out his brother banged his wife. but his feelings became too dangerous when he couldn't be satisfied with their "brotherly relationship". so yeah, osiris loved seth. but it was a very toxic and selfish love that only benefited him
3. anubis is osiris's son. cause, yeah, osiris slept with nephthys who is seth's wife
4. osiris was killed by seth so he became the god of the underworld. we saw in the first chapters that he appeared in the land of the living but that was because osiris was able to possess his son - anubis - and use his body to temporarily be in the land of the living. but he's supposed to stay in the underworld
3) oh but if he is dead, why does he have a heart when its on the scale of judgement? This was pointed out by Ra but nobody listened to her because of Isis's interuptions. I personally don't think he is dead only his physical form is decayed and still alive (spiritually).
But if his physical form is dead, then he wouldn't have a physical heart (i think its Anubis's) and that is why Maat's scale didn't tilt. Because its not his heart. And still, Osiris still took precautions and tell only half the truth of what had happened.
I think it will be discussed a bit more in the 2nd season so I'll be waiting.
She didn't cheat Seth, Osiris implanted his semen in her artificially. Seth knows that his wife and Osiris didn't have sex, so he is not mad. The reason why set is so angry, is because Osiris raped him for 10 hours by threatening him that he would kill his son, if he doesn't have sex with him.
