I like that they tossed around the idea of regret cz both of them definitely feels it, but no one seems to want to admit to it
the thematics and color palette transition from the 1st into the 2nd season is really fun tbh. previously it was all blue and hawaiian and popsicles, with flowy flower patterned granny clothes. now it's mostly varying tints of red and with winter, somehow, sweet potatoes, and cigarettes and suits. fun stuff to notice <3
the too many explanations about the world building cringed me out of the story :/
