Kwon told Yoon he was divorced in Chapter 14. Kwon comes across as being extremely private when it comes to his personal life and most likely has not disclosed to many if any with the exception of Yoon (because he asked) that Kwon was divorced. Most likely would be a unnecessary distraction, plus they may still be playing married in front of certain people based on a phone call Kwon had with his ex. Depending on their social status, could have been an arranged marriage also which could possibly bring dishonor to the family name if their divorce was publicized.
