Everyone said that Chloe should apologize. But this new century and that past is different(plus, it is the other world that she don't know). If she lower her head and apologize, then the other maid might disrespect her again. Another bad rumor might appear. Plus, I don't think apologize is enough. When you suddenly falsely accused other people and then suddenly apologize, the drastic change might triggered the maid, it could turn out bad. So, by changing slowly is good. If I am the maid, I would be pissed if Chloe apologize, it's like Chloe suddenly bring that bad memory and I will surely hate the duchess more but if Chloe approach me slowly then I might change my mind and my heart.
