Though why did they never bother to check the identity of the killer scooby-doo style? What if it's one of them? Or someone they know?

Hmm I reread the story and yes Bada is a unreliable narrator but I found out 1) when Bada tried to kill the killer he always came back to life 2) Doha killed the killer in the hidden room but there was another killer in the forest some panels later that killed the almost couple and later Bada
Also its unlikely that the killer is one of them, he tagged along with all of the characters in previous rounds and every last one of them dies somehow.
I just thing the killer is part of the game setup that cannot be permanently removed in a round, so he does not need an identity that's just my theory tho maybe later on we will get more info that rebukes this it's only been 8 chapters afterall

It annoys me how she doesn't even try to hit the maid back omg girly get up and fight back

I really love the transmigrating into a villain role stories so much. I have a list with some of my personal faves https://www.mangago.zone/home/mangalist/1420718/?filter=&page=1
I'd start with the villainess is destined to die one cause it's a banger (tho better read it on mangabuddy or smt cause it was chaotic here last time I saw it)
I love how everyone keeps telling yamadera that there's something fundamentally wrong with him like he's the monster and not these vampires.
In that vein, Yamadera who is human but acts more monstrous than any of the vampires and sayo who is a monster by definition but is still a caring and compassionate person who is filled with love. It's why their dynamic makes the story so exciting, I can't wait to see how their relationship will evolve (if it will ever)
It's quite ironic, to be honest, and that's why I love it. They also make it clear that what they have going on isn't inherently romantic; it's solely based on using one another for their needs and wants. Love the physiological stuff. They don't gloss over it. The vampires are portrayed as these monsters, while Yamadera is the actual monster, all while being the only human. Even in conflicted situations (like in recent chapters) with vampires who could easily rip his throat out , he still holds some power in the situation, if you will. When I think about it, if he were to become a vampire, things would most likely hit the fan.
