Alpha cheets on a Beta with an omega when O was in heat. A and O continue to sleep together while O knows A has a boyfriend because A has said to him that he has a boyfriend. O said he didn't care.
Later B feels he can be more open with A instead of keeping his walls up because they've been together for so long. B invites A over to meet his 'mom'. B's 'mom' is actually O. O attempts to break things off with A. A doesn't want to stop what they have going.
At one point A and O both end up being in a rut and heat at the same time in A's car while comingback from a major lecture that O was to go to... O tries to make it clear that's their last time together.
A and B eventually break up, but due to B sleeping with another Alpha and A gets upset when he catches them at B and O's apartment.
Later A and B talk to each other to make it a clean break, but A doesn't admit he cheated first. Or at all. Afterwards, A calls O to see if B made it home safe and because he wants to talk to O in person.
A drives over and he drives somewhere where he can park so he and O can talk (O's orders). They talk and A keeps crying about how he's in love with O. O decides to sleep with A one last time.
A couple of months later, A is still depressed because O had firmly put a stop to their rendezvous. He sees B outside of his place and B is upset and wanted to talk to A because A was the only person he's actually ever opened up to. B tells A that O is pregnant.
A tries to see O later to talk to him and O keeps trying to tell A that the baby is not his.
