Also mangas like this (the ones that has few chapters) always feels unfinished to me because they always end when their feelings are mutual we don't get to see their future or their struggles. Yellow haired dude seemed like he couldn't tell others about his relationship what if he decides to stop.
I don't want Akihito to end up with Asami or any of the characters in this story. I love the story and especially art *cough* but I'd be disappointed if this ended like one of those 6ch renta mangas. Even if there is a lot of chapters now the beginning of the story won't change.

ok so here's my take on answering you. The reason she isn't divorced is probably because she wants her son to become the next Duke. She seems to try laying foundations for him; be it monitoring some of the Duke's fief, getting people to follow her son, forming contracts with the spirits. She probably didn't just want a simple normal family for her son. She wants to give him the glory he could easily achieve as a Duchess and Duke's son.
The reason spirits didn't help her before was probably some complications with spirits idk. It seems like you have to call forth the spirits for them to come. They just can't come and go as they please (plus not anyone see them much less call for them.) Idk why in this life the spirit can contact her. Some condition was probably met. Maybe it's the greenhouse? idk. In her previous life, she locked herself up in the mansion maybe?

Brown haired knight helped her to save the kids. You don't see him too much in the story but he's the first one that didn't talk behind her back. He's just normal dude unlike other douchebags.
