He was taller and more muscular than his kids lol just because he's in blue house doesn't mean that he automatically sucks at physical activities. That's just one of Blue house's stereotypes. Maybe he helped blue house actually train and work on their abilities in their own special way. That's probably why he never had time to do his perfect duties lol I think Vincent was a secret jock. He's a lazy smart guy and loved being outside more. Vincent was reading outside so I assumed he likes being outside more. Ciel is always busy acting like the queen's guard dog and doesn't know when to shut it off.
I bet Vincent was a menace in his school days. I think Vincent was like Derrick but he didn't bully or torment people. He was probably one of those school geniuses but got in all sorts of trouble all the time. He would be late to his classes every day, he would sleep during class, and always caused a disturbance during class/outside of class but all of his teachers liked him and he got away with a lot of stuff. Maybe he was also friends with the vice headmaster and headmaster like Derrick was and that's why he was able to get away with everything. That could be the reason why Diedrich hated Vincent so much and gave him a hard time. I think Vincent was the school's jock/popular boy that everybody in school adored and he knew everybody. Vincent had lots of fanboys when he was at school so this could be true. Like Derrick, Vincent acted like this because he wanted to "let off some steam" because he wouldn't be able to have any fun after school is over because of his position. I think this is sort of sad. Why are they talking shit about Finny and the rest of the servants? They are fighting for their lives during their missions the least they can do is show them some respect. I hope they have to deal with things 10 times worse than what the servants dealt with during their missions. Plus, they weren't even smart enough to wear fuckin diguises when they are the main two people that are wanted by the police and got caught right away.

I don't think Agni's death is going to be as dark in the anime as it was in the manga, a lot of times character deaths are far worse in the manga then in the anime, but it's still going to be really sad yes ╥﹏╥

Seeing someone die and seeing blood in the manga is nothing new and things just keep getting more graphic in the manga. This series is not for kids or for the faint hearted.
