From what I remember, basically when hyesung had byul he initially didn't want him because I think he thought it was a mistake, upset and stuff. So he wasn't there for byul for awhile but I don't remember what he said when he first saw byul. Maybe it was something similar when byul met luna.

I’m going from memory so I might be a little off but basically Hyesung was upset at his mom for leaving him as a kid. His dad abused the mom and I think was letting men pay to sleep with her, so she ran away. When Hyesung presented he tried to do the same to him. So because of his mommy issues and what not when Byul was born he ran away. I think he feels more guilty at himself for doing the same to byul his mom did to him, which makes him more upset at his mom??
