What character development is there? He “cares” cuzs he thought Dan drowned but then will be an aggressive asshole when he’s wide awake, simply carrying him out of the truck would’ve sufficed yet he has to go the extra mile and throw him to the ground and on top of that splash water. I’ve lost count at how many chances Jaekyung could have handled a situation if he genuinely lead with his heart. His actions alone show how selfish, immature and a jackass he is. This story is doom and sucks if we’re already past our “chasing arc”.

Okay so ml was a mega fanboy since he was little, after basically growing up with mc and watching him throughout his childhood idk for me it was kinda a bummer since Mc wished and believed he had finally met someone who doesn’t know him at all and sees him as any ordinary person. But it seems as tho ml’s feelings are genuine and even has a room with mc merch (plushies, posters and a body pillow) what I did find cute was that he initially didn’t know by his first encounter with Mc that it was the very guy he’s been fascinated and found comfort in. It was cute how he played dumb and it wasn't those kinda stories where he seeked/stalked out mc but just genuinely ran into eachother on top of all the coincidences that followed after.
Imagine stumbling upon one of ur favs (idol/celebs) so he just acted like any sane rational person would.
