From the get-go, I knew this was a very unserious and silly story. Really, I was bored and I thought that this is just another yaoi story with slightly good art so I kept reading. Not until the black caricature. That’s when I thought that this mangaka is definitely racist and ignorant. Like hello, one of the leads is WHITE. And they chose to draw the black man like that??
Oh well, #TeamTaewon stans, I guess you’ve won (I think pretty much from the start you’ve all already won, I’m just being delusional). But anyway, I just want to say it again but this work is a really good manhwa about idols, with its commentary about how the system works and the problems with it, while still being fun and entertaining. It also helps that the characters are all likeable.
