why is no one checking and reporting on the status of the child she brought in?? its so irresponsible, they brought in a child like stray puppy and leaves it alone thinking it would grow like weeds?, they could have easily seen those slap marks on his legs if someone just checks, and if someone takes care of him, he have guards but he has no trust worthy nannies? does that even make sense?
Kinda? Considering time period this manga is trying to emulate, physical punishment is nothing unusual. It was so common no one is probably even thinking about reporting it to Heroine while governess is thinking it is in her rights.
While the governess have a higher social standing than other workers in that estete so durning that time period no one would dare to go against higher social class - for simple reason of it never ending well
I don't understand why its 7.5 in rating, when its pretty interesting, is it because it gives a somewhat realistic feeling
