I dont think aqua wud accept ruby's proposal because right now he like kana. And even when he was doctor, i dont think he saw sarina as a love interest, rather he petied her and only said he wud marry her to let her be happy in her last moments

So i have a little theory of my own...First that chanhyeong is Milan Won's husband's son with other woman...and most likely Milan played some underhanded tricks like li on and got the husband to be with her leaving his lover....but the lover got pregnant and afraid of status of milan, find some man and gave birth to their son and left hence she is missing... As for milan's master piece, i believe both daughters are gonna be her masterpiece, Hera inheriting her true artistic side and Li on inherting her dirty tricks and manipulation...Also milan's husband loves li on more than hera because he never actually loved milan and as hera was not born out of love, so he doesn't love her..only have sympathy towards her due to her poor childhood and being born to a psychopath
