this was such a sweet, funny chapter that i didn't even mind the sudden "problem" that popped-up out of nowhere between the mains. (≧∀≦)

that poor boy was so neglected, until now i wasn't that mad at the father figure in this, but seems like he is the real bad-guy in this story.
he is indifferent, heck he down right neglectful of his children. only when they r useful to his name, he notices them (like when the MC changed & brought honor to the family name). he is the reason a servant who should treat her pupil with care, is happily abusing him. & until this (chapter) moment, no one knew or cared cause they couldn't be bothered to worry about the well being of this child - i am so freaking annoyed at the father, i wanna punch some sense into his head. i get he is a spoilt brat & was a mean tyrant BUT(!) that's cause he knows no better ┑(￣Д ￣)┍ considering how his mother is.

Even if they can certainly do a lot of wrong, I can’t believe kids can be evil at heart and it’s terrifying when characters are legitimated to harm other kids, on the premise that they will turn bad , ignoring someone is also a form of violence :/
& i get Diarin wanting Ceres to be a kind person - but considering how the world is & given his mental maturity i am worried this might become his downfall. cause as strong & scary at he might be on the battle field - dealing with humans with an agenda is even scarier- so idk if her telling him to be kind & warm is such great advice - especially if he has to face high-society alone ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
