Well .. from the spoilers that I read, the heroine is someone that all bark and no bite while our MC is the bite type.
The heroine is someone who always push her flowery ideals that was too good (to be true) and the others were like, she's right! While our MC sticks to reality.
For example, both our MC and heroine were attack (by assassins/ bandits or something) and our MC was beaten up. So, our MC fought back and wanted to killed the leader when suddenly the heroine is all like 'killing is bad, you can't do it! Peace ya all'
and somehow, people supported her which made our MC pissed

Like the fmc's past is interesting and all, but like lowkey I want to know something about the mc's past cause it doesn't really say much about him besides that besides that if his rice tasted off he would kill the chef and the chef's whole family or something like that and also that he was super dom, but other than that it doesn't really say anything about his past or like how he got sick (it may have mentioned but my dumbass read this shit at 5 am so I wouldn't remember) or anything about his family or stuff.
