They can . When they did it for the first time chowon ask him to use condom , because chowon is an omega. There's a chance that he can be impregnated. Also there's a case beta omega with a baby in others manga. I'm waiting for the baby..

The best experience is to read the novel. Reading the comic is like getting to finally have an image to attach to the characters. Their story is quite complicated and involves quite a number of things but still interesting and keeps you surprised

To put it briefly, and this waaaaay down further in the story, she was taken there for her safety. It wasn’t even really because of her dishonouring her family that she is with Si Yehan. The life she lives now is not her own. Secret and hidden identities, unknown rich family members, top level societies, expert level techniques that only come out when she’s drunk. To literally answer your question is to unravel a huge spoiler of the story because one explanation leads to another.
