you can also say that MD was sort of abusing his position as a dom. we know that MD gave Chanwoo the choice to leave, But now that chanwoo's love interest failed, Chanwoo won't leave MD and MD knows this fact. MD has the upperhand now.

Chanwoo can't say no, because that is how he is, he does not know what was good for him. he doesn't use the safeword when it gets dangerous and he stayed with past abusive ex until it got worsen to the point he got beaten.
