If I were her I would seriously bring self-defence stuff such as papers pray or teasers, this is a no joke only waiting for someone to save you. Better learn self-defence in the internet, it may not be as good but at least it save some time for you to go scream for help. And please don't tell the kidnappers that you're going to scream that's a dumb move. If you know someone is following you send your last location to someone you know really well.
Don't go straight to your house it will lure them even more to know your location just go to a near hospital, supermarket, or police station. BUT PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DON'T WALK ALONE IN THE DARK ALLEY! Go to a crowded place and try to talk to a stranger to ask for help, avoid obvious glance or just don't look to much at the person because this will trigger them to act fast before you.
