Like the MC having this insane attachment towards the ML not because he loves him but just for his money. He searches for ML and is constantly afraid of being left out and alone and dull cuz he needs support for his child education. The ML did in fact gave everything to him, from a house to the child's daycare, and MC feeling trapped and having a breakdown is just so valid. And the ML too being obsessed with MC cuz he feels like it's his possession as he saved him from his debt. Had it been developed towards this direction, leaving this TOXIC relationship be TOXIC, I would've enjoyed it a lot more, rather than them acting like a lil family as if they're green flags like no thank you
