While I do want her to figure it out just as much, it's hard to put 2 and 2 together and find out that the teen Saint in this timeline is the same infant you thought you died in the last timeline. It makes more sense for chloe to think of Lethe as an distant relative than her own daughter when she hasn't even been pregnant in this life.
I also think it has something to do with Rana's blessing. We as readers know that she is Chloe and araymond's daughter, hut everytime Elethe says her name or tries to say something remotely related to her, its soon forgotten.
