Just a theory:
- The Narye that reincarnated was split into 2 entities where the other completely got the bad qualities including the mental illness of the Narye from the past (or idk if it's really a mental illness) where the other (which is Chaeyeon) got the good qualities but there are some bit of bad qualities mixed in them.
- Chaeyeon has a double personality, like he switches from Narye to Chaeyeon from time to time and the reason why we see Chaeyeon most of the time is because he's a dominant personality than the other.
- Chaeyeon is that guy who calls Narye as hyung (Idk what he called Narye but yeah that guy if you still remember him) in the past who poured drink for mc and it overflowed, and the one who played with the prostitute girl? Maybe he observed everything that was happening and felt bad for the mc. Maybe he fell in love with mc at that time and what if he also saw that scene where mc fell into the water that's why he "wants to conquer the water".
- Chaeyeon hired someone (maybe an actor who's in need) that looked similar to his past self (Narye), explained his role, everything he has to do, so that he can make mc rely on him and think he's a good person.
- Narye and Chaeyeon are two completely different people that just happens to look the same and act closely the same and Chaeyeon sincerely likes mc and he's doing everything to protect him.
- (This is too far of a theory and is the most likely that won't happen) Narye was supposed to have a twin but that twin died and when they reincarnated, the twin reincarnated as Chaeyeon and Narye as Narye. That's why they might have similar likes and dislikes, interests, actions, features, and more.
I completely forgot the plot like it just vanished in my head. I wanna try to make it sense it my head but it just doesn't I don't understand what's happening but I feel bad for ML.
