Yeah, he pretty much only marries her. Not too sure on how much romance there is, since I tried to keep from reading too much into the spoilers. The wiki tells you a bit, but seeing how the novel has 400 chapters I'm leaning more to not a lot of romance in the webtoon since the adaptions tend to lean more to the story than all the moments that are expressed in the novels. But if a little bit of romance is not your thing then you can drop it or just skip around the parts and chapters /:

The plot is genuinely intriguing and the romance itself is genuinely one of a kind, it's not just them blushing and giggling doing couple things they're doing crazy stuff and it's amazing.
