From what I see, there's only 1 woman in the cover besides MC and her daughter - the blonde one, last one on the right. The green-haired one is a guy, when you look at the panels where they're first drawn as the pillars of the nation, you can see he's has an adam's apple. We also have enough to show that the rest are also guys.
Ofc, I'd love it if there were more women in the group, but most likely there will be only one.
