I have a feeling that since Dimitri put a bounty on leewon, who then put a bounty on Ceasar to turn his focus onto protecting Ceasar, that is supposed to be the ending... except more of an implied ending. That since Dimitri will forever be focused on protecting ceasar from the sniper dude, that problem is "done" because now he isn't focused on leewon anymore. Of course leewon still has the sniper going after him, but ceasar is protecting leewon and Dimitri is protecting ceasar, so.... nothing will happen basically lol. That's just my inferences though
I think it's more of that you can't kill a client before completing their work. So leewon ordering for caesar to be killed makes him a client and the sniper can't kill him until caesar is dead and dimitri won't let caesar die.
