Incest stories are either a hit or miss for me and this is a miss... I dunno how to describe it except they don’t feel like brothers? I don’t know,, them being brothers never seems to hold any weight and it just seems insincere to me. I don’t know how years of forcing your brother to be an errand boy can be considered love. The older seems to unconditionally love him no matter what so that didn’t work and when it did work,(him moving out) the younger actually prevented him from moving out..?? Doesn’t really make sense. It doesn’t seem like it’ll end well especially with little brother over here “pulling the pigtails of the girl he likes” I hate that trope, so maybe it’s just me being biased.

If Mir ends up with red guy, I'm going to flip tables. He killed her family, and forced her to marry him when she was 13 years old-- a child. If he does end up with her, the author will be romanticizing the murder of her parents, arranged marriages, and child marriages. To me, the vibe I'm getting is that Mir is being too stubborn to forget about the murder of her parents, which is ridiculous. I don't care if he's a dragon(theory), I don't care if he's in pain, I don't care if he has a tragic backstory(which is something an author usually thinks could excuse a character's actions), the thought of him killing her parents and then them falling in love is insane and honestly, gross.
Bruh are y’all hating on a girl who literally has done nothing except try to be happy I think she’s really strong to be able to keep her head high and be optimistic after everything that has happened to her— the only bad thing she has done is give athy a gift that she didn’t even know was sabotaged and you want her to die y’all are crazy
Ikr? Jenette did nothing wrong.
