Coz Sensei said that Makio's parent have already died, and this person on that pic is for the story of the future. So maybe the person on that picture is Makio's sister (because Shirasu told that she looks a lot like Makio)
We already know that Volume 4 has been released and also there will be Volume 5 (and also some chapter has been released on next Gush Magazine), and it's possible there will be Volume 6 too..
