What will probably happen is that she will be acting head of Lombardi and be Perez’ spouse and not do the empress job. Being empress actually requires work, managing the palace affairs and staff, interacting with diplomats and public relations. Those jobs would be given to probably her ladies in waiting or those while she would trust with the task
